Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change without notice. While we do our best to avoid errors, there may be discrepancies in descriptions, images or pricing, therefore we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items until the errors are amended. To better serve you, please provide us with your telephone number in case we need to clarify your order.
Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout. Shipping charges are based on your total order amount before any special discounts are applied. Multiple boxes and/or oversized items will require additional charges. If shipping charges vary from your confirmation, we will contact you for your approval prior to shipping your order. Shipments outside Maine are tax exempt.
Shipments within Maine are subject to Maine 5.5% sales tax. Home Ingredients only ships within the continental United States.
Please allow 1-3 days for Home Ingredients to process your order. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order ships it may take 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Depending on weight and dimensions, your shipment will ship FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please note that all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
There are rare instances when products may arrive broken or damaged from shipping. Your satisfaction means the most to us. When your shipment arrives, please open and inspect your items within 5 days of your shipment's arrival date. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 5 days so we can replace it. We do not accept damage claims after 5 days of your shipment arrival date. Please take photos of the damaged item in its original packaging and in its original shipping carton. Please
do not discard the original shipping carton or merchandise until authorized by us to do so. Please email your photos, a copy of your receipt and a brief description of the items and damage. Once we receive your information, we’ll send a replacement (if available).
If the item is no longer available, then a refund will be applied to your original credit card.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 3 days of the shipment arrival date. We do not offer refunds.
Items must be returned in unused condition in its original manufacturer packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. Before shipping back your return, you must notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email please include a description of the items you are returning and a copy of your receipt. We will issue a return authorization number which you should include in your return package. Sale items and special orders are non-refundable. Please insure and ship your return package with a carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or via insured USPS Parcel Post.
Return merchandise must be received by us within 14 days of your shipment arrival date.
